We are Pau and Ricardo and we are behind Adock Fulfillment. We have known each other since 2003 although we had never worked together before.
However, both of us have always been linked to logistics: as consultants, in logistics operators, as ecommerce or in logistics areas of large companies. That’s a lot of years designing processes, moving boxes, implementing software and improving customer experience. Better not to count how many… a lot.

It changed us too. Our experience of… many years in logistics has taught us the problems that ecommerce companies face when developing their logistics processes, either in-house or outsourcing the services.
In the first case due to lack of focus or resources. In the second case, because they cannot find logistics operators or 3PLs specialized in ecommerce. Because B2C logistics for ecommerce has nothing to do with traditional or B2B logistics… but we will explain that in the blog.
Adock was born from our desire to help small and medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs starting a business or those who decide to take the step of selling directly to their end customers to develop their logistics chain.
